Monytize Terms of Use

The following Terms of Use, along with any incorporated policies, rules, and additional terms (collectively referred to as “Terms”), establish a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Monytize, Inc. (“Monytize,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of:

By accessing or using the Services, or clicking “I Accept” when prompted, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Monytize Services

a) Subscription Options

Descriptions of subscription offerings are available on the Site or App. Monytize reserves the right to modify, terminate, or update subscription plans at any time.

b) Subscription Plans

To access certain Services, you may need a subscription. Subscriptions start upon payment and renew automatically for successive intervals unless canceled.

  • Initial Subscription Period: Begins when payment is processed.
  • Renewal Subscription Period: Automatically extends for successive intervals.

To cancel your subscription, visit your account settings. Refunds are not provided unless explicitly stated.

c) Monytize Account

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining its security and accuracy. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

d) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States. Use by individuals under 18 is prohibited.

e) Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receiving communications from Monytize, including marketing materials. Opt-out options are available.

f) Audio and Video Content

Content may be rented, purchased, or downloaded within limits. Some content may expire or be removed based on third-party agreements.

g) Third-Party Devices and Equipment

Use of third-party devices or software is subject to their respective terms.

2. Fees, Billing, Cancellation

a) Recurring Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically. Charges may vary due to promotions or plan changes.

b) Subscription Cycle

Billing occurs at the start of each subscription interval. Renewal dates may vary.

c) Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except under specific conditions such as disability or death.

d) Price Changes

Monytize reserves the right to adjust pricing. Changes apply to new subscriptions or renewals.

e) Payment Methods

You must maintain a valid payment method. Failure to update payment details may result in service suspension.

f) Cancellation

Subscriptions can be canceled via account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

3. Termination or Modification by Monytize

Monytize may modify or terminate access to the Services at any time without notice. Refunds are only provided for prepaid periods if termination is without cause.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or defraud others.
  • Share or misuse account credentials.
  • Violate intellectual property rights or upload harmful content.
  • Use automated tools like bots to access the Services.

5. User Submissions

You may submit content (e.g., reviews, posts). Monytize reserves the right to moderate or remove submissions.

b) License Grant

By submitting content, you grant Monytize a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content for promotional or operational purposes.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided “as is.” Monytize disclaims all warranties and is not liable for damages arising from use of the Services.

10. Waiver and Release

You release Monytize from liability related to your use of the Services or user submissions.

11. Accessibility

12. Arbitration Agreement

Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration, waiving the right to a jury trial or class action. Opt-out options are available.

c) Severability

Invalid provisions do not affect the enforceability of the remaining Terms.

d) Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Monytize.
